Dr Mayoni Gooneratne
Over the years as a surgeon and doctor, I have learnt to combine my intuition and expert medical knowledge to help make the best suggestions for you. I love nothing more than seeing my patients through even the most difficult of times. I try to do this with a sense of humour but above all of this, compassion. I am usually found happiest spending time with my husband and young family, and going for long walks. I am constantly learning and will often have a couple of books on the go at the same time.

Hello, I’m Lianne, and I’m a Weight Management Coach. I believe that making positive ‘Mindset’ and behavioural changes, alongside healthy food choices, is the key to breaking unwanted habits and creating long-lasting results. After years of struggling with my own weight, I began to work with a weight loss coach. This support was life-changing for me and I decided I wanted to help people in the same way. It’s now my absolute passion working with my clients, seeing them blossom and transform and achieving happier, healthier lifestyles. I’m also a Mindfulness Practitioner and trained in Mindful Nutrition.
I am Siri Andersen and I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer who specialises in women’s health – with a particular focus on resistance training for pre/postnatal and peri/postmenopause clients. As a mum of two young children I know how challenging it can be to look after yourself and fit exercise into a busy day, so I tailor personal training programmes with a busy lifestyle in mind. I offer complimentary consultations to all new clients to set realistic goals and I will work with you to determine the right exercise programme for you and your needs. I work with clients online and in my garden studio in Herne Hill, SE London. I offer fully personalised on-demand workout programmes to complement 1:1 sessions.
Hello I’m Danielle, the Human Health Life Coach. My philosophy is that we have all the answers we need within ourselves: each of us is creative and resourceful and full of potential. I work with clients to help them achieve and maintain their life goals. My role is to guide you towards attaining your goals by helping you listen to and respect your own inner voice. The ethos behind my coaching is fierce love! Fierce love for your career, your relationships, your environment… but most critically fierce love for yourself.

Kaley began her career as a Registered Nurse in Canada and she continued her education and practice for 10 years as an advanced critical care nurse (ACCN). After meeting her husband, they travelled and lived abroad and were blessed with two children.
Kaley explored integrative and alternative pathways by completing her yoga teacher training and found an opportunity to teach Anatomy and Physiology for Yoga teachers and instructed several trainings. At the same time, she completed a Master’s Degree in Nursing (MN) where her interest in education and research grew.
With her own personal health challenges and those of close family members with gut health issues, intolerances and poor medical advice, she began her nutrition journey. Recently certifying as a Nutrition Coach (CNC) and focusing her research and private practice on functional wellness and gut health education, Kaley believes the art of Nursing and Functional medicine have a synergistic potential to source the root cause of imbalance in the body and provide holistic care and education for one’s individual needs.
All her experiences have moulded together to create a purposeful, practical and evidenced-based knowledge foundation effective for guiding clients through their health journey. She is a member of the Institute of Functional Medicine and a current student in the Graduate diploma for Functional and Integrative Nutrition at ION via Portsmouth University.

“I want to aid in dropping the taboos surrounding sexual and pelvic health in order to urge people who are experiencing changes to seek help and advice from professionals. The sooner we drop the stigma the sooner treatments can be accessed and change can happen.”
Sarah offers rehab from any pelvic health issues including endometriosis, urinary dysfunction (leaking/incontinence), bladder pain (interstitial cystitis), prolapse, postnatal rehab, pregnancy pain (pelvic girdle pain, back pain, sciatica), vaginismus (overactive pelvic floor). She works with the lymphatic system and gut and other organs to promote healing and is currently taking a psychosexual course to better understand issues around sexual dysfunction as it plays a huge role in the rehab of many of these issues.
