Optimum health means optimum nutrition
As part of your Human Health journey, we may advise you to take nutritional supplements to boost your health and address any deficiencies identified in your blood sample analysis. Optimum nutrition is essential for full body health and wellbeing, and many deficiencies can be addressed through diet, but sometimes a helping hand and larger dose may be needed to get you back on track and maintain your progress.
We use the Pure Encapsulations range of vitamins, minerals and probiotics, which is only available via health professionals. The range has been formulated by leading medical experts, PhDs and nutritionists, consulting published research studies.
Experts in nutritional supplements
The supplements use ingredients in their most biologically active forms, carefully selected for their levels of active compounds and their bioavailability (how much enters the circulation to have an active effect). The range is hypoallergenic and does not contain any allergy-inducing additives, including egg, wheat, gluten or peanut.
Pure Encapsulation products are well established, having been involved in more than 30 clinical studies and been in production for more than 25 years.
They offer a full range of vitamins, minerals and probiotics, meaning we can tailor your supplements exactly to your needs.

As well as being important for a healthy immune system, Vitamin C, also known as Ascorbic Acid, is an antioxidant. It is essential for the normal function of blood vessels, and maintaining the health of your skin, bones, gums, teeth and cartilage. This also means it plays an important role in preventing premature ageing of the skin.
Vitamin D helps to regulate the amount of calcium and phosphate in the body, which is essential in order to keep your muscles, bones and teeth healthy. Vitamin D is only found in a small number of foods, and although our bodies can make it from sunlight, during the autumn and winter months in the UK we cannot make enough, so a supplement is recommended for most people.
Selenium is found in food including nuts, seafood and meat. It plays a vital role in protection from infection and oxidative damage, and is also an important nutrient for the reproductive system, DNA synthesis and thyroid hormone metabolism.
Zinc plays a number of really important roles within the body, including healthy immune function, wound healing, cell division and DNA synthesis. It also supports growth and development during pregnancy. Meat, seafood, whole grains and cereals are good sources of Zinc. We need a regular intake of Zinc because the body cannot store it.
Probiotic supplements contain live beneficial bacteria and/or yeasts. These already live naturally within our digestive systems, and supplements aim to support this process. Studies indicate that the microorganisms in our gut (our microbiome) play a really important role in our health.
