Eating for a Healthy Gut

You will have a pre-session assessment including a 1 week food record review.

Following on you will have a 2.5 hour session on ‘Eating to Support Your Gut’. This will introduce you to your gut, it’s role in supporting your health and foods to support the gut. The session includes hands-on time in your kitchen cooking 2 gut-friendly recipes (1 fermented and 1 cooked).

Nena will follow-up with once you have completed the session and had time to practise your new skills!

Gut Rescue Package

You will have a 30 minute initial consultation with Nena and assessment of a 1-week food record. This is followed by 2 sessions:

Session 1: Eating to support your gut. This is a 2.5 hour introduction to your gut, it’s role in supporting your health and discussion on foods to support it. The session includes hands-on time in your kitchen cooking 2 gut-friendly recipes!

Session 2: Using fermented foods to support your gut. This is a 2.5 hour session covering the role of fermented foods in a gut-friendly diet, you will learn how to make your own delicious fermented foods safely and confidently as well as receive advice on how and where to include these foods into your meals.

You will get a gut-focused recipe book and Nena will follow-up with you to see how you are getting on once you’ve completed your package.

Eating for Hormone Balance

You will have a 30 minute initial consultation with Nena and assessment of a 1-week food record. Plus a gut and hormone-balancing recipe book. You will also have 2 sessions: 

Session 1: Supporting hormone balance naturally. This is a 2.5 hour session introducing you to your gut, it’s role in supporting your hormone health and foods to support the gut and help to balance hormones naturally, including useful natural supplements that support hormone balance. The session includes hands-on time in your kitchen cooking 2 gut-friendly, hormone balancing recipes.

Session 2: Using fermented foods to support your gut. This is a 2.5 hour session covering the role of fermented foods in a gut-friendly diet, learning to make your own delicious fermented foods safely and confidently as well as advice on how and where to include these foods into your meals.

One you have completed the sessions, Nena will follow-up with you to see how you are getting on.
