Love your life
Our dedicated and experienced Life Coach, Danielle McKenna, can help you achieve and maintain your life goals. Do you dream of being able to live a balanced, harmonious and fulfilled life? Do you want to develop your confidence, and build a better sense of who you are? Danielle adapts her approach to suit the needs of the individual, from those looking to set up and run their own companies to those working to create space for a fulfilling and happy personal life.
The coaching process
Over a course of hour-long coaching, across a period of at least three months, Danielle will work with you to achieve lasting change in your thought process. Coaching is different to therapy in that it does not deal with the psychological antecedent to your emotions but focuses on the present and how you can work to improve your future. This process includes ‘homework’ to further explore the themes uncovered in your sessions. Coaching can work beautifully alongside therapy or counselling but is not a replacement. If Danielle identifies that you have depression she will help to make sure you receive the help that you need.
Danielle’s ethos
Danielle’s ethos is fierce love: fierce love for your career, your relationships, your environment – but most critically fierce love for yourself.
Danielle starts from the viewpoint that everyone is creative and resourceful: you don’t need fixing, just help to find the answers that are already within your reach. She uses a combination of coaching tools, intuition and analysis to guide you towards achieving your goals.
