Terms and Conditions of Launch Offers

Please read these terms and conditions of service carefully. 

Human Health is a trading style of Dr Mayoni Ltd.

The launch offers run from 9.30am on 29th Jan to 9.30am on 1st feb 2021

Have to book and pay for consults from 9.30am Fri 29th jan to 9.30am Monday 1st Feb to be eligible to offers

All offers are to be awarded at the discretion of Dr Mayoni Ltd.

The 10 free nutritional genetic tests will be awarded as 1 per individual person.

Similarly the £50 voucher will be awarded as 1 per person.

The complimentary home observation kit and Skinfit kit can be awarded to the same individual if they fulfil the criteria to embark on the mentioned programmes in the launch offer.

Dr Mayoni Ltd holds the right to refuse awarding the offer if individuals are not eligible for the treatments or packages. No alternative will be offered. All offers available while stocks last.
